Items Needed to Complete Loan Documentation

Use this checklist to determine if you have everything you need to complete your loan. Check off the items as you have them prepared and print it out for your records.

INCOME
Paycheck stubs (typically will need last 30 days)
W-2s, last 2 years
Last 2 years Personal Tax Returns - signed (Complete, all schedules) (Commissioned I Self-employed)
Social Security Benefit Statement / Pension entitlement (award letter & copy of most recent check)
ASSETS
Bank Statements (typically need last 2 months, al lpages)
Gift information & documentation
2 months statements of Liquid Assets (Investment portfolio: stocks, money market, 401k SEP, etc.)
REAL ESTATE OWNED
Rental agreements on investment properties owned
ADDITIONAL
Purchase & Sale Agreement including all addendums
Homeowners Insurance Agent

Advance deposit to cover out-of-pocket expenses (appraisal credit report, title report)
Bankruptcy papers (will need complete copy with letter of discharge and letter of explanation), if applicable.

Divorce Decree, if applicable.
